1. Who we are

This website is run by Tamazia Ltd, a compliance-first SEO and AI search agency for regulated firms. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tamazia Ltd.

Tamazia Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17295579. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

You can write to us at contact@tamazia.co.uk, or by post to our registered office. To make a complaint, follow the steps on our complaints page.

Compliance Radar by Tamazia is our website compliance monitoring service. It is run by Tamazia Ltd too.

2. Who our services are for

Retainers, working sessions and Fix Sprints are for businesses and for professionals acting for their business, not for consumers. A consumer is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Compliance Radar is supplied under the Radar terms, not under our service terms.

Anyone may read this website.

3. Using this website

You may use tamazia.co.uk for your own business, research or personal reading, as long as you:

• do not try to disrupt, scan or stress-test the site or the systems behind it, except for good-faith security research carried out under our security policy;
• do not copy our content to republish it without our written permission;
• do not send false or misleading information through any form;
• follow the laws that apply where you are.

Our acceptable use policy gives more detail.

We take care over what we publish, but we do not promise that the website is complete, up to date or free of errors, or that it will always be available. We may change or remove any page.

4. Forms and enquiries

When you send us a form, for example an audit request, a general enquiry, a sign-up to our regulatory briefings, a Radar request or a request about your personal data, we use what you send as our privacy notice explains.

Sending an enquiry does not make you a client and does not oblige you to buy anything. A contract for paid work is made only as our service terms or the Radar terms describe.

5. The free audit

The audit is free. You do not have to buy anything afterwards.

Each audit is prepared for your firm. A director of Tamazia Ltd reads every audit in full before we send you the link to it. We do not promise a date by which you will receive it. We may decline a request, for example where it does not come from a business or where we cannot yet prepare an audit for that sector or market.

The audit shows how your website performs in search and AI search, and the laws that attach to firms in your sector and market. Where a law attaches only in some cases, the audit says when it applies. Each observation carries the date we read your site. The audit never states that your firm breaks a law.

The audit is not legal advice. We are not a law firm. Laws and how regulators read them change, so check any point with your own legal adviser before you act on it.

You may use the audit inside your business and share it with your advisers. Please do not publish it.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, code and graphics on this website belong to Tamazia Ltd, except where they belong to someone else. The names and logos of other companies belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us.

Who owns work we do for paying clients is set out in our service terms.

7. Links to other websites

Our pages link to regulators, publications and other websites. We do not control those websites and we are not responsible for what they say. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Any other limit in these terms applies only so far as the law allows it.

If you use this website as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away or limits the rights the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you.

Subject to the three paragraphs above, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website or the free audit.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of this website or the free audit is limited to £100.

Our liability for paid work is set out in our service terms and, for Compliance Radar, in the Radar terms.

9. Law and courts

These terms, and any dispute about them or about this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland and use this website as a consumer, we agree that you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force on the day you use the website apply to that use.
