Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 April 2026. These terms govern your use of tamazia.co.uk and any preliminary engagement with Tamazia preceding a signed Statement of Work. Formal client engagements are governed by the executed engagement letter, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
1. Who we are
Tamazia is an international SEO and regulatory-compliance content firm. Founder and principal: Aman Pareek, LLM in International Business Law (King's College London). The firm operates cross-jurisdictionally with delivery in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain), Singapore, and Hong Kong.
2. Use of this website
You may use tamazia.co.uk for personal, business, or research purposes provided you:
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scan, or stress-test the infrastructure.
- Do not scrape content for republication without written permission.
- Do not submit false or misleading information through any form.
- Comply with applicable laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the site.
3. Submissions and enquiries
Information you submit through forms on this site (Quick Audit, briefing request, regulatory briefings signup) is processed under our privacy notice. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is created only by signed engagement letter or Statement of Work executed by Tamazia.
4. Audit output and recommendations
Audit outputs delivered through this site (whether free, sample, or paid) are professional opinions based on the data available at the time of analysis. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for guidance from your retained counsel or compliance team. Tamazia may reference regulatory frameworks such as UK GDPR, EU GDPR, HIPAA, SEC Reg FD, MiFID II, ICC Rules, LCIA Rules, SRA Standards, FDA Title 21, and others. Each reference reflects publicly available regulator text current at the time of audit; regulator interpretations evolve and should be verified before action.
5. Intellectual property
All content on tamazia.co.uk, including copy, design, code, and brand marks, is the intellectual property of Tamazia or its licensors. Audit reports and deliverables produced for paying clients are governed by the licence terms in the executed engagement letter.
6. Confidentiality
Information you share in support of a paid engagement is treated as confidential and processed only for the purpose of that engagement. Standard professional-confidentiality obligations apply. We are happy to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sensitive disclosures.
7. Third-party services and links
Insights articles and audit outputs may reference third-party regulators, publications, or tools. Such references do not constitute endorsement. Tamazia is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from this domain.
8. Liability
tamazia.co.uk is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamazia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the engagement letter and its express limitation-of-liability clauses.
9. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from use of this website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For disputes arising under a paid engagement, the governing-law and dispute-resolution clauses of the executed engagement letter prevail (typically arbitration under ICC, LCIA, SIAC, or DIAC Rules depending on the engagement).
10. Changes
Material changes to these terms are versioned by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of tamazia.co.uk after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
