Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 April 2026. This page tells you how tamazia.co.uk uses cookies and similar local-storage technologies. This site uses only essential first-party storage. No analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party cookies are set.
1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser on your device when you visit a website. Local storage and session storage are similar mechanisms managed by your browser. Together these allow a site to remember information across page loads.
2. The cookies and storage tamazia.co.uk uses
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | First / third party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
tamazia-cookie-consent | Local storage | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies on the consent banner. | Persistent until cleared | First party |
That is the complete list at the time of writing. If we ever add analytics or any other category of cookie, this page will be updated and the consent banner will request fresh consent.
3. What we do not use
- No Google Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, or any other analytics platform.
- No Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Twitter Pixel, or any advertising tag.
- No third-party tracking cookies of any kind.
- No fingerprinting, session replay, or behavioural profiling.
4. Your choices
When you first visit tamazia.co.uk you will see a consent banner with two equally prominent options: Reject non-essential and Accept all. Because the site only uses essential storage today, both options currently produce the same behaviour. If we add any non-essential storage in future, only the Accept option will allow it.
You can clear your decision at any time by clearing site storage in your browser. The banner will reappear on your next visit and you can choose again.
5. Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR the essential cookie used by this site is processed on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Namely, the operation of the consent mechanism itself, which is required by EU PECR and the UK PECR.
