Service terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms apply when we supply a retainer, a working session or a Fix Sprint. Please read them with our website terms and our privacy notice. You can save or print these terms. Compliance Radar by Tamazia is supplied under its own Radar terms, not under these terms.
1. Who we are
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tamazia Ltd, a compliance-first SEO and AI search agency for regulated firms. "You" means the business that places the order.
Tamazia Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Company number: 17295579. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
You can write to us at contact@tamazia.co.uk, or by post to our registered office. To make a complaint, follow the steps on our complaints page.
2. Who our services are for
We supply our services under these terms only to businesses and to professionals acting for their business. We do not supply them to consumers. A consumer is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
By signing an order, you confirm that you are buying for a business.
If you are in fact a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away or limits the rights the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you.
3. Words we use
- Order: the document that names the service, the price and the start date, and for a retainer its term. For a retainer, it is the proposal or engagement letter we both sign. For a working session or a Fix Sprint, it is the order we both sign.
- Retainer: monthly work on your search and AI search presence, either for a six month term or rolling month to month.
- Working session: a single paid call with us.
- Fix Sprint: a fixed piece of corrective work for a fixed price.
If the order and these terms disagree, the order wins.
4. How a contract is made
Nothing on our websites is an offer to supply a retainer, a working session or a Fix Sprint. A contract for a retainer, a working session or a Fix Sprint is made when you and we have both signed the order.
These terms and our orders are available in English only.
5. The services
What a service includes is what the order says.
Content we write for you to publish is reviewed against the advertising and sector rules named in the order before we hand it over. That review lowers your risk. It does not remove it.
We are not a law firm. Nothing we supply is legal advice. You remain responsible for taking your own legal and regulatory advice and for what you choose to publish.
6. Prices and payment
The price is the one in your order. Prices are in pounds sterling unless the order says otherwise.
You pay at the times the order states. If you order a Fix Sprint or a retainer within 30 days of your working session, we credit the session fee in full against it. A Fix Sprint is paid in full before work starts. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, and the first payment is due before work starts.
Invoices are due within the period stated in the order. If the order states none, they are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
If you pay an invoice late, we may claim statutory interest on it under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
If an invoice you do not dispute is still unpaid 7 days after we write to you about it, we may pause work until it is paid, so far as the law allows.
7. What we need from you
You give us accurate information, timely access to the systems and accounts we need, and timely review and approval of drafts. Where you supply content, claims or data for us to publish, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that they are accurate. If your review or access is late, our dates move by the same time and we are not liable for the delay.
8. Term and ending
Six month retainer. It starts on the date in the order and runs for six months. It ends at the end of the six months unless both of us agree in writing to renew it or to move to a rolling retainer. You pay for the full six months unless the order says otherwise.
Rolling retainer. It runs month to month from the date in the order until either of us ends it with the notice the order states. If the order states no notice, either of us may end it by giving 30 days' written notice.
Working session. It ends when the session has taken place. You can move or cancel the session up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund. If you cancel later or miss it, we offer you one new time and no refund.
Fix Sprint. It ends when we deliver the work described in the order.
Ending early. You may end any service at once by written notice if we become insolvent. We may also end any service at once by written notice if you become insolvent, so far as the law allows. Either of us may also end any service at once by written notice if the other commits a material breach and does not put it right within 14 days of written notice, so far as the law allows.
When a service ends, you pay for the work done and the costs we have committed up to the end date. Sections 10 to 13 and 16 continue to apply.
9. What we do and do not promise
We perform the services with reasonable care and skill.
Our corrections promise: if something we delivered to you contains a factual error, we correct it and send you the corrected version within 5 working days of you telling us or of us finding out.
We do not promise any particular search ranking, traffic, place in an AI search answer or business result. Those depend on things we do not control, including how search engines and AI services behave.
Except as these terms or the order say, we give no other promise about the services, so far as the law allows.
10. Who owns the work
When you have paid in full for a deliverable, we assign to you the intellectual property rights we own in it. If you ask, we will sign a short written assignment to confirm this. Until you have paid in full, those rights stay with us.
Material in a deliverable that belongs to someone else, such as fonts, stock images, software libraries and open-source code, stays with its owner. You may use it on the terms of its own licence. We tell you about such material and its licence when we hand the deliverable over.
We keep our own methods, templates, frameworks, software and know-how, and the general skill and experience we gain while working for you.
You allow us to use your trade marks and materials only as needed to supply the services.
11. Confidentiality
Each of us keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for the services. This does not apply to information that is or becomes public other than through a breach of these terms, or that the law or a regulator requires to be disclosed. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request.
12. Data protection
Each of us complies with the data protection law that applies to it. Our privacy notice explains how we use personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under a written data processing agreement. Our standard version is on our data processing agreement page.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Every other exclusion and limit in these terms applies only so far as it is reasonable and the law allows it.
Subject to the paragraphs above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Subject to the same paragraphs, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the fees you paid under that order in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the order states a different limit.
14. Changes to these terms
The version of these terms in force on the date of your order applies to that order. If we change these terms while a retainer is running, we tell you by email 30 days before the change applies to it, and you may end the retainer before the change takes effect.
15. General
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms and the order are the whole agreement between us about the service. A change to an order binds us only if both of us agree it in writing. No one who is not a party to an order has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
16. Law and courts
These terms, each order and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Contact
